Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We offer fast, free shipping worldwide on all orders. You will receive your tracking # within 24 hours of placing your order. 

Through our partnership with Fedex we offer 3-4 day delivery lead-time in North-America and 5-7 day delivery lead-time globally. 

 

Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail to confirm receipt. We will ship your order out within 1 business day after receiving it and we will then email you your shipment tracking number so you can easily keep a close eye on when your new item(s) will be with you. 

 


Returns
We offer fast and easy returns on all orders within 30 days of order placement. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please contact us at info@glossmetics.com to initiate a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


Exchanges (if applicable)


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@glossmetics.com and we will provide further instructions.


Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
